Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist just below the wrist bone, mark where the ends meet, and measure it flat.

Every freshwater pearl is grown rather than made, so each one has a shape and lustre of its own. It closes with a lobster clasp and an extension chain.

Freshwater pearls keep their glow for years with very little effort. They are a natural material, so they simply like to stay clear of chemicals and to rest somewhere soft.

Last on, first off: Put it on after perfume, hairspray and moisturiser, and slip it off before you shower or swim.
Keeping the shine: A soft dry cloth after wearing is all it needs. Pearls prefer gentle treatment, so leave the polish and ultrasonic cleaners for other things.
Somewhere soft: Give it its own spot in a pouch or a lined box, away from anything that could scratch the pearls or the band.
